The Project
This custom oceanfront home on Isle of Palms was designed as a place for family to come together—where multiple generations can gather comfortably without sacrificing privacy or flow.
Inside, the home is centered around connection. A custom bunk room creates a dedicated space for grandchildren, while the expansive main living area allows for easy movement between kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The layout encourages interaction without feeling crowded.
Outdoor living plays an equally important role. Multiple gathering areas extend from the interior, with a covered dining space tucked just off the pool deck—intentionally positioned to offer relief from the Charleston sun while maintaining proximity to the main entertaining areas.
The result is a home that supports the way this family lives today—designed for time together, built with flexibility, and structured to evolve over time.
